This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at gasdevs.com.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by GasDevs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Links to Other Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by GasDevs.
GasDevs has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

For Payment
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Warranty Policy
All circuit boards, consoles, vapor motors, and pulsers are warranted to be free from defect for as long as indicated on the Site from the date of installation. Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of the original part only. There is no allowance for labor or mileage. Warranty items will be repaired at no charge. Freight charges will be covered by you, the customer. This warranty will not apply to items that have been damaged by liquid spills, customer abuse, acts of God, improper installation, or damage in shipment.

Core Policy
Cores must be in rebuildable condition and are on a like-for-like basis. Our normal exchange price will be charged when a core is received with your order. When possible, we will send our repaired unit in advance of receiving your core. If cores are not returned in a timely manner, we reserve the right to bill a core charge.

Freight Policy
GasDevs will ship your order FEDEX ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipment charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.

Credit Terms
All Accounts are on a COD-only basis. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

The Fine Print
All prices listed are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to determine whether any returned core is beyond economical repair. We also reserve the right to bill for missing or damaged components on returned cores. Unless otherwise noted, all items are remanufactured OEM parts and have not been endorsed or certified by the original equipment manufacturer. Any OEM trademark or part number is shown for identification purposes only.

The following items are non-returnable and non-cancelable after 30 days from date of shipment: Q11489-06, M02136K001, 882107-R01, 887749-001, 892051-002, K96663-02, M02636A001, 889873-R02, 892131-001. Proof of shipping date (invoice) will be required to process a refund. Warranty will remain for the original item from installation date. Any defective product will be replaced within the warranty period.
